The tracker sits hidden in the vehicle and is powered by its battery. Whoever prefers not to fit it themselves has it fitted by a dealer nearby: the recipient orders online with the code and books the appointment.

Do I need to know which drive system the e-bike has?
No. You only choose e-bike or motorcycle. Which tracker variant fits the drive system is decided by the recipient when redeeming, with the compatibility finder.
What does the gift card include?
One GPS tracker of the chosen vehicle world, the first year of tracking and protection, and shipping. Nothing is left to pay when redeeming.
How does the recipient get the gift card?
You receive the code and the card as a PDF by e-mail right after the purchase. Print it or forward it, done. The card carries the name and your words if you enter them when buying.
How long is the gift card valid?
Three years from purchase. The date is printed on the card and in the e-mail.
Can a dealer fit the tracker?
Yes. The order is placed online with the code; on request a dealer nearby does the fitting. The dealer locator shows who is available.
What happens after the first year?
After that the protection continues as a subscription, which the recipient manages in their customer account at any time.
