Why an additional tracker when my car already has a system?
Many vehicles have built-in positioning. The PowUnity tracker works independently of the vehicle manufacturer and serves as a backup should the built-in system be limited or switched off. See the second level
Is the GPS tracker visible?
No. The tracker is installed out of sight inside the vehicle and is not visible from the outside.
Does the GPS tracker affect the vehicle battery?
The tracker is designed for permanent use and for very low power consumption.
Does the GPS tracker work abroad?
Positioning is possible in many European countries — subject to an active subscription and to data coverage.
How is the GPS tracker installed in the car?

Why do I need a subscription?
The subscription enables data transmission and the use of the app and the protection features. Without an active subscription, tracking is not possible.
How long does the subscription run?
The terms are transparent and can be viewed in your customer account at any time.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You manage your subscription yourself at any time through your customer account.
What do I do if the vehicle is stolen?
Report the case through your customer account or contact support. The faster the response, the better the chances.
What is the Recovery Service?
If your car is stolen, the Recovery Service supports you in getting it back.
Is the Recovery Service active by default?
No, it is an optional service and can be combined with the subscription.
