The trail does not stop at the border.But somewhere it does stop.
The GPS tracker reports its position over the mobile standards LTE-M and NB-IoT. Wherever our network partner holds a roaming agreement, tracking works — this page lists country by country where that is the case.
Two things have to come together.
An active subscription. The data connection is part of the subscription. Without one the SIM stays empty, and then even the best network is of no help.
A network that carries LTE-M or NB-IoT. These are low-power mobile standards from the 4G family, built for devices like our tracker. A country can have excellent LTE for smartphones and still offer neither — Turkey is one such case.
The recovery service is independent of this and available in fewer countries. It has its own column in the list.

No match. If your country is not in the list, tracking there is not possible as of our latest information — ask us, we will check it for you.
What is not in the list.
Asked regularly and currently not covered: Turkey, Serbia, Montenegro, Bulgaria and Cyprus. There are mobile partners there, but none carrying LTE-M or NB-IoT. Kosovo, on the other hand, is covered — so "the Balkans" is wrong as a blanket answer.
If you ride into a country without coverage, the tracker stays discreetly installed and reports back as soon as it reaches a suitable network. Nothing is lost except the tracking while you are there.
Where the list comes from.
The basis is our network partner's roaming partner list, file dated 13 March 2026: 575 mobile networks in 206 countries, evaluated for LTE-M and NB-IoT. A country appears in the list as soon as at least one network there carries either standard.
Network coverage changes. If it matters for your trip, ask us shortly beforehand — we have the current status.
