Together with your team, you will answer customer enquiries that reach us via email, live chat, our social media channels or on the phone. You are the first point of contact for technical information about the products, complaints or problems with the product. Of course, you are not alone in this. A team of technicians, sales staff and order processors will support you in this task.
With your emphatic manner, you immediately recognize the needs and wishes of our customers and quickly find a suitable solution for every problem. In addition to the end customer, you will also have direct contact with specialist dealers and fleet customers and support them with their technical questions and problems. Therefore, it would be an advantage if you have also completed a technical apprenticeship.

What do we expect in technical support?
You should enjoy communicating with people and be an easy-going problem solver
A confident feeling for people and a solution-oriented way of working
Experienced working on a computer (Mac)
Ideally relevant work experience in customer service and/or electrical engineering fields
You are looking for an exciting full-time position in customer service in the long term
Enjoy teamwork and willingness as well as a positive disposition
Very good verbal and written communication skills (German & English)
Your field of activity
Handling customer enquiries (mail, live chat, social media channels, telephone)
Supporting end customers as well as specialist dealers and e-bike fleet customers

Remuneration
